The Rossland Council for Arts and Culture utilized funding to create a one-time Resilience Award fund for local artists and art organizations residing in Rossland, Warfield and Area B. The purpose was to lessen the impacts of the pandemic on the local arts community by giving back to artists and art organizations. The RCAC hopes the funds can help artists and art organizations with a reopening plan, developing projects and work for artists, assisting with insolvency and to welcome back audiences.
Rossland has a strong and diverse arts community with many established and emerging artists and creators that allow people to engage and connect with art. The RCAC Resilience Award will ensure the continuation and growth of Rossland’s art community.
The Rossland Council for Arts and Culture would like to congratulate the following artists and art organizations who have received funds from the RCAC Resilience Award!
