On Sunday, May 26, Joe Hill Coffee House goes all out once again with these five fine acts:

  • Astrojet – Rupert Keiller’s new band, in their first public performance.  (They just won Best Rock Song at the Kootenay Music Awards.)  Their roots run deep, their sound is big.  Watch out!
  • Rossland Ukulele Choir – Singing, strumming, a crowd of happy musicians.  Fun!
  • Hannah Dueck – Acoustic bluegrass and folk, with meaning and a great voice.
  • Michael Gifford – Sweet songs from back when.  (Love always wins).
  • Ucra Mountain String Band – Ian Johnston and friends from the Foggy Goggle Boys.  Rhythm, harmony, slick mandolin, lots of energy.

We’re in the Rossland Legion, 2081 Washington Street.

It’s a family-friendly venue – lots of goodies and happiness, no bar.

Admission is a mere $3 – kept affordable by our all-volunteer crew, and the generosity of the Rossland Legion.   Thanks to all!  (Proceeds from Joe Hill Coffee House help support the Rossland Council for Arts and Culture; proceeds from sale of goodies help support the Gold Fever Follies.)

Doors open at 6:30 PM; the show starts at 7:00.  See you there!

NOTE:  Our last show this season is on June 16.  Make a note!
