The Rossland Council for Arts and Culture (RCAC) 2016/17 Comedy Series kicks off on Friday, September 30 as we welcome critically acclaimed comedian Mike Delamont and his show God is a Scottish Drag Queen to the RSS Auditorium. Get your tickets early because, as stated by the Winnipeg Free Press, “It would be a sin to miss this show!”

Mike Delamont is a comedian based on the West Coast. He is an original cast member of the cabaret Atomic Vaudeville and has been performing one man shows since 2010. He has appeared on CBC’s The Debaters, SiriusXM’s Top Comic, Halifax Comedy Festival, Just For Laughs and is a 3 time Canadian Comedy Award Nominee.

God is a Scottish Drag Queen, is a wickedly funny commentary on everything from religion to pop culture. From Adam and Eve to Justin Bieber, no one is safe in this one man show nominated twice at the Canadian Comedy Awards for Best Solo Show, and twice for Best Comedy by Just For Laughs.
